Rabat – The Republic of Madagascar hopes to take advantage of Morocco’s experience in terms of modernizing public administration, said Monday in Rabat, secretary general of Madagascar’s Presidency, Roger Ralala.

The Malagasy official is visiting Morocco leading a large delegation of his country.

Madagascar, which conducts a series of reforms to improve the efficiency of public administration in several areas, hopes to take advantage of Morocco’s advanced experience in this field, Roger Ralala told the press after a meeting with minister delegate in charge of public service and modernization of administration, Mohamed Moubdii.

“We are closely following what is happening in Morocco,” a country that made tremendous recognized achievements, he said.

For his part, Moubdii said the meeting was an opportunity to highlight all the programs implemented by Morocco to develop the human capital, strengthen the relationship of the administration with citizens and improve good governance, notably the national strategy against corruption and the draft law on access to information.
